Our Trooper, PA-based fitness center is constantly evolving to provide cutting-edge and effective equipment for our members to get stronger and healthier, together!
THE GYM provides a selection of cardiovascular exercise equipment: treadmills, rowers, upright and recumbent bikes, elliptical trainers, All Motion Trainers, stair climbers, and a stepmill. More than 100 pieces of strength and fitness equipment, including selectorized machines, plate loaded equipment and free weights. Strength training equipment includes: Elite FTS, BodyMasters, Hammer Strength and Cybex. THE GYM’S dumbbells range from 1 to 140 lbs. The Gym provides full locker rooms, and two separate areas for ab strength training and stretching.
With a selection of strongman strength training equipment, CrossFit power racks, tsunami bars, sleds, prowlers, yokes, stones & logs, THE GYM provides members with the exercise equipment necessary to hit your goals – regardless of your skill level! At THE GYM, we strive to keep up with cutting edge training methods and education to teach members the benefits of functional exercise.
Circuit Training Studio
THE GYM’S circuit training studio offers members the best of personal training and group boot camp workout classes at an affordable price point. Our Instructors lead prescheduled small group training sessions for indoor cycling, cardio kickboxing, yoga, and boot camp classes. The Studio is also equipped for TRX classes and allows members to use CrossFit monkey bars, hanging heavy bags and tension band resistant trainers. The space is designed for multifunction workouts and seminars and includes a 50” big screen TV to project documentaries and presentations.
Schedules and Instructor information can be found on the Classes area of the site. Studio sessions are designed for smaller, more personalized sessions. At THE GYM, we avoid the large, intimidating class crowds. The group session fees are a budget-friendly way to experience the attention of “one-on-one” style instruction that will motivate you beyond your comfort zone.
